Other than perhaps The Breeders, pretty much everybody who's done the oh so fashionable reformation thing has failed to make a decent record since doing so (we're not holding our breath, My Bloody Valentine!). What's remarkable about Dinosaur Jr's decision to make music together again after so long isn't just that they rock the f**k out of every venue they step on to the stage of, it's the fact that with the release of Farm later this month, they've now made two wonderful records since they got back together.
