Alice Phoebe Lou is a a street artist based in Berlin. Alice grew up on a mountainside near Cape Town in South Africa. She has been busking in the streets and anywhere else she goes on tour since moving to Europe in 2010. First as a fire dancer, later as a musician. Funded by her own performances on the streets of Berlin she has self-released 1 EP, 1 live album and her debut LP "Orbit" last year which saw her nominated for best female artist at the German critics choice awards.

Last year Alice toured with Sixto Rodriguez, Boy & Bear, Allen Stone and Crystal Fighters. These were only some of the 84 shows she played in 2016, including 3 sold out nights at the Berlin Planetarium (biggest in Europe) this past December. She started 2017 with a European and South African Tour with 12 of those 13 shows being sold out.

Saxophonist, producer and singer-songwriter Laura Misch debuted her solo set in Autumn 2016 at the Camden Assembly alongside jazz & soul luminaries Soweto Kinch, Andrew Ashong & Binker & Moses. Laura then went on to sell out her debut headline show, which combined her exploratory electronics with some of south London’s finest musicians. In the fall of 2016, she followed these performing at more sold out shows, supporting rising stateside lyricist Noname and the ever-energetic jazz great, Roy Ayers.

Laura released her first self produced LP Playground, in May from which the support it gained, saw her appear live on BBC 6 with Gilles Peterson.

Laura continues to mould her sax rich productions and one-woman live set up, experimenting new sonics with electronic manipulation. Expect more searching ephemeral soundscapes later this year.

“Another new generation jazz influenced artist…she not only plays saxophone and sings but she arranges and plays keyboard and does the whole thing. She’s an amazing talent.” - Gilles Peterson
