Beach House - Gila (Bella Union)

Everyone's favourite summer musical retreat, Beach House, have made a less than summery video to accompany 'Gila', perhaps the best track on the duo's widely lauded second album 'Devotion'.
The supernatural video, directed by Jon Leone, features singer Victoria LeGrand shrouded in black and clutching mystical beads, mouthing the words of the song to the camera, while bizarre strobe-lit scenes including blood-filled mouths, crystal balls, elixirs and a strange figure with the head of a bear are cut in to half-reveal a gothic story.
More 'Plaster Casts Of Everything' than 'Come To Daddy', the clip is unsettlingly strange rather than full-on horror, but fits well with the ethereal nature of the song. See what you make of it below:
