Patrick Wolf is back with new single 'This City', the first to be taken from his new album Lupercalia and it marks a great return to form for the flamboyant pop genius. The track has all you'd expect from Wolf when he's in one of his good moods, a catchy chorus, big drums and perhaps the best use of a saxophone since Mystery Jets’ 'Two Doors Down' rolled up its blazer sleeves and chucked on its Ray Bans. Lupercalia is Wolf's fifth album, and according to the man himself, it’s "not cheese, it’s happy, pornographic music. You can be quite experimental but produce anthems that people want to get married to, you know, have that first dance at a wedding thing. Music for your first kiss”. ‘The City’ is due to be released on the 14th of March 2011.
