Radiohead release new LP ‘The King of Limbs’ on Saturday Feb 19th
By: Thomas Hannan

Serious contenders for the title of ‘Best Band Ever’, Radiohead are to release their eighth studio album The King of Limbs via their website on Saturday February 19th.
They’re calling it the world’s first ‘Newspaper Album’, and are being deliberately vague about what that means, the scamps. What we do know however is that the full £30 physical edition of the album will include...
- Two clear 10" vinyl records in a purpose-built record sleeve.
- A compact disc.
- Many large sheets of artwork, 625 tiny pieces of artwork and a full-colour piece of oxo-degradeable plastic to hold it all together.
The pre-order for that delectable bundle is underway now, though orders won’t be shipped until May 9th. The download will however be available on Saturday February 19th, costing a £6.00 standalone fee (though it’s part of the package if you buy the £30 version). According to Thekingoflimbs.com, “one lucky owner of the digital version of The King of Limbs, purchased from this website, will receive a signed 2 track 12" vinyl.”
Nobody’s got hold of a tracklisting or any details of the recording as yet, but it’s safe to say that WE ARE EXTREMELY EXCITED.
