Gogglebox #20: Wu Lyf - 'L Y F'
WU LYF (World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation for the uninitiated amongst you) come out of the traps flying on their latest video, 'L Y F'. Notoriously deceptive little buggers, it's nice that they feel like showing their faces for once, albeit in front of a backdrop of disaster scenes. The swirling, grainy clip makes you feel a bit sick, but in a good way, and the uplifting organ chimes and empassioned emoting of the lyrics 'I'll love you forever' (eh, 'L Y F', see what they did there?) makes this into arguably their strongest clip yet. Lovely track too. Enjoy.
Wu Lyf are set release their debut album 'Go Tell Fire To The Mountain' on the bands own Lyf Recording on June 13th.
