It was around this time last year that Jessie Ware, along with Sampha, melted our hearts with the ultimate lovers track 'Valentine'. 12 months on, the London-born singer is at it again; new single 'Running' is similarly aimed at our blood pumpers, but this time leaves them less warm and fuzzy, discussing "the darker side of falling for somebody and being so entrapped by your feelings for them". Written alongside another number with genius producer and label mate Julio Bashmore, the singer's versatile vocal abilities are once again put on show. However, this time we really feel like we're stepping into Jessie's world, and not that of her producers . An essential track.
