We can hardly contain ourselves - fast approaching around the corner: 2004's Benicassim, one of Europe's perennial, annual outdoor events.
And - following on from the last news-story - the line-up has confirmed one more legend: none other than the revival king of the year, Morrissey. (Editor's note: where else this summer will you be able to gawp and throw your knickers at the likes of these babies in the same weekend... Brian Wilson, Lou Reed and Kraftwerk; some of modern music's most ecstatic and vital of performers).
On the contemporary side, we have Air, Scissor Sisters, The Chemical Brothers, Primal Scream, Franz Ferdinand, Tindersticks, Lambchop, Kings Of Leon, Snow Patrol, Belle & Sebastian, and a myriad more. Further icons: Einsturzende Neubauten, Wire and Love, with Arthur Lee. Simply dashing.
