What can we expect from your Rockfeedback gig?
Fireworks. We’re gonna cover our legs in Roman Candles and cartwheel onto the stage. And that’s just the intro. It’ll really kick off when the Bass player gets drunk and starts hitting on the support band.
Were you disappointed when ‘True Romance’ was robbed of Christmas #1?
Devastated. Christmas was cancelled. We spent the day locked in our rehearsal room drinking meths and throwing darts at each other.
You’ve been recording with Franz Ferdinand’s Alex Kapranos – what tricks did you pick up?
Alex showed us how to chop up onions really quickly and super fine. They just disappear in the pan. Perfect if you want make a good base for a curry.
What’s the best gig you’ve ever played?
We traveled forward in time and watched our gig on Thursday night. It’s the best gig we’ve ever played. We can’t wait to play it. Don’t get freaked out if you see us in the audience. It’s just us traveling forward in time to see if we’re any good.
