imageAnd somehow,

We arrived in a year called Two Thousand And Six.

What we learned/did recently:

- New Year's Eve can be good. Thank you to all those that joined us for our party at Heavenly's Social venue in the West End of London - more details here.

- It's impossible really taking a break, even in the 'holidays' (during the Xmas period, we wound up a massive arena stint (in support to Foo Fighters and The Futureheads) with Eagles Of Death Metal, and sold a road-only single for them: a white-label, seven-inch 45 containing two brand new songs from the swamp-punk outfit, as produced by and featuring Queens of The Stone Age's Josh Homme and Mark Lanegan, and a guest vocal appearance from Jack Black. It sold well. But there are left-over copies - they cost £3.50, and are available via mail-order from us directly; just email us at eagles@rockfeedback.com for info if you want 'em, or buy the rest via good indie stores shortly. We filmed the whole tour for our eventual MTV2 docu-series 'rockfeedback tv', due back on screens later this year for a proper six-part run (and very possibly via Channel 4 in the UK, too, if present talks persist - oh yes, terrestrial buddies, we're not forgetting you).

- If you can, start a publishing company. Our latest venture (God help us) Transgressive Publishing Ltd. is now go - a spin-off of our affiliate, Transgressive Records. It means you can work even more creatively with your favourite bands, pitching their music to directors of movies, adverts, and TV-shows - and all-sorts - in a bid to further their craft. Most enticing.

And, to celebrate change and new opportunities this year, join us for the first Basement Club of the year next week - but be quick, tickets are fast shifting. More details here.

We'll be back soon - with a dramatic development/announcement as to our future (don't worry - it's ruddy favourable).

Cheers, chaps/chapettes.
