Willy Mason: ‘Can I Play at Your House?’
By: Thomas Hannan

Now, this is better than your average tour, isn't it? Instead of lugging his acoustic guitar around venues in the middle of shopping centres with adverts for lukewarm beer plastered all over them, Willy Mason is taking the music to you in a much more direct fashion. He's coming to your house. Look, that's him, up there, calling you up and inviting himself.
OK, so it doesn't quite work like that. You have to get in touch with the boy Mason yourself. The only requirements are that you have to be a fan (meaning it's probably best to know some of his songs other than just 'Oxygen'), must bring a load of friendly mates along and be fully prepared for Willy Mason to rock out in your front room.
Willy wrote you this letter: -
To Whom It May Concern:
I, Willy Mason, will be putting together a house party concert tour of the UK (& Ireland) in late January / February.
This letter is a formal request to all interested in hosting such a show to submit their offer for consideration. All that is required for a house to be considered is ... electricity.
Another asset to your submission would be the likelihood of a small and friendly audience.
To make a submission, click HERE and include address of house garage / dorm room / etc., along with your name and phone number and any further information regarding your request.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Willy Mason
