Why is this worthy of my time and money?: Yeah, of course one of the reasons we're going to offer for imploring you to attend these upcoming Modest Mouse shows is that former Smith Johnny Marr is on guitar for them these days, but Johnny Marr alone a decent band does not make - remember Electronic? What's great is that Marr is now playing his six string on some fantastic songs, Isaac Brock hitting form once again on the band's most recent 'We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank' LP (which we reviewed HERE.) Plus, the paths of Modest Mouse shows of late have become very difficult to predict if reports are true - you could end up with hours upon hours of delicate and impassioned indie rock the likes of which few other bands master, or Brock could decide to slice up his chest in front of your very eyes. Warned? You just were.
