Why is this worthy of my time and money?: Die! Die! Die! playing their four thousandth Live! Live! Live! shows of the year will still, mark our words, contain more energy, less pretence and double the tunes of almost all other bands you'll have seen of late. The songs are deceptive in that you're carried along by the simple, instant pleasure of watching these guys go completely bananas to the extent that its easy to overlook just what's going on musically, which is a sound that sits somewhere between the squall of Sonic Youth, melodies of Nirvana and snot-rock of Mclusky to startling effect. Try paying attention and dancing your ass off for a change.
