At a loose end on June 19th? Near a record store? You could do worse than creaking open the dusty wallet to fund your ownership of 'Ghetto Ways', the brazenly butt-shaking new offering from recent Rough Trade (they had something to do with The Smiths, we're told) acquisitions, Scissors For Lefty. First off, however, take a gander at the mini epic that is its video - a kind of period drama piece, somewhere between 'Thriller' and an episode of Dallas, it sees the band invade cult seventies horror film 'The Dead, The Devil, and the Flesh' and turn it into a right old indie disco knees up.
