Jurassic 5 - Work It Out (Interscope)

During a rockfeedback 'bonding' session (yes, it was as gay as it sounds) involving then editor Toby L, Kevin Molloy and Tim Dellow at the first Nightmare Before Christmas event held by those at All Tomorrow's Parties, an inebriated Molloy was professing his undying love of all things Dave Matthews to a room fast losing respect for his musical taste. It descended in to ridicule of the poor bearded Kevin, who continued to attest that given time and proper investigation we could all come to love the American MOR superstar as much as he did. Then, somewhat foolishly, I made Mr. Dellow swear that if the words 'I love the Dave Matthews band' ever came from my lips, he would have to kill me.
Which puts me in something of a pickle, seeing as the backing band on the new Jurassic 5 single is none other than... Dave Matthews. Apologies for the three dots there, I'm sure you saw that coming. Now, I quite like Jurassic 5. Fingers crossed I don't like this however, otherwise Tim is contractually bound to execute me.
