Ahead of their show at Scala tonight, we gave Blaenavon a disposable camera and let them loose
Our favourite boys Blaenavon are busy little scamps. In between releasing a brooding banger of a new single in 'My Bark Is Your Bite' and supporting big timers The Sherlocks and The Hunna on recent tours, they've also been traversing the country on their own, bringing slices of hedonistic joy to stages across the UK on a headline jaunt.
Tonight, said tour hits Scala and there's literally only a handful of tickets left. A small handful. A little grubby child's mitt. Still not convinced you need to snap one of them up? Well, we gave the lads a disposable camera and free rein to document just how much fun it is being in one of the country's most exciting young bands. (Hint: it's pretty damn fun).
It's all one big happy family with tour mates The Big Moon
Singer Ben and drummer Harris are a beacon of sweetness and light on the way to Cambridge
The Big Moon's bassist Celia admires headliners Mystery Jets' strong baby merch game
Jack from the Jets, mesmerised by the light or possibly one of Blaeners' thumbs
Ben Gregory: Never knowingly under-posed
Meanwhile, during the gig, things get rowdy (extra points to the girl sporting the band shirt)
Group hug with friends and mentors Team Transgressive Records. Onwards to London!
Blaenavon play Scala tonight with support from Toothless and Fish. There will be a final few tickets available on the door from 6.30pm.
