Ever the inspired artist, Kindness man Adam Bainbridge set off to Washington DC to spend some time with Go-Go band Trouble Funk, who he heavily sampled on ''That's Alright' - a highlight from his own debut record World, You Need A Change Of Mind. The trip was documented by Bainbridge and visual artist Pauline Beaudemont, a photographer was taken many of the shots you would've seen of Kindness throughout the year, who look into the go-go and DC scene from an outsiders perspective and trying to understand better where the scene is now as well as where it'll move next.

Go-Go is a subgenre of funk which originated in Washing DC and blends funk, early hip-hop and rhythm and blues. It emerged during the mid 60's to late 70's.
