Looking Back at 2017

11 Dec 2017

We go back through the archives to re-live our brilliant 2017

All this week, we're going to be taking a look back at some of the excellent shows from the last 12 months. We kick things off today with January - March...

We began 2017 with a spellbinding show from Alice Phoebe Lou at Camden's wonderful The Forge venue which sadly closed its doors later in 2017. Alice returned to London in November to play another sold out show for us, this time at Oslo.

January continued with two sold out shows from The Rural Alberta Advantage, who will be back in 2018 for a show at Scala

We finished the month off with the long awaited return of The Radio Dept. at Scala for an incredible sold out show.

February saw shows from the likes of Strand of Oaks, Foxygen, Boxed In, Saint Motel, Jess Wiliamson and more. Our monthly new music clubnight, Popular Culture, was headlined by Baywaves with London in Stereo declaring themselves big fans of the bands 'floating, mellow pop'.

We had 6 sold out shows in March including an incredibly intimate date with Father John Misty at Rio Cinema. He was back in the city last month for two incredible shows at Hammersmith's Eventim Apollo.
