NEW MUSIC: Frankie Rose - Trouble

14 Jun 2017

A video sonically beamed from an 80's vortex

New track and video from lo-fi heavyweight Frankie Rose. 'Trouble' radiates spaceage nuances and spiralling synth accompanied by a video that plays like something out of a late night informercial. This is the first single from Rose's upcoming solo album 'Cage Tropical'.

"'Trouble' came out of the simple realization that you can't outrun yourself or your problems," says Rose of the new track. "Wherever you go they will follow you unless you address them. I tried. Went to Los Angeles after years in New York and nothing much changed. 3000 miles was a long distance on the map, but it didn't mean anything was going to shift automatically, unless I made the choice to do it internally."

Frankie Rose will perform at Moth Club, 18 October
