Swedish dream-pop bad The Radio Dept. share their latest release 'You're Lookin' at My Guy'.
The Radio Dept. released their latest EP on 3 July, following on from their earlier singles this year. The latest release holds a cover of Tri-Lites' 1964 track "You're Lookin' at My Guy" alongside a new track, “Could You Be The One”.
Earlier releases this year saw the melancholic “The Absence of Birds”, followed by hazy dream pop tune, “You Fear the Wrong Thing Baby”, which speaks of fear the end of the world. In a statement the band said, “It’s a weird coincidence. When we recorded the song we had no idea what was coming. The text is against conservatism and a tribute to youth as a progressive force.
