Darby Cicci offers up a suitably scary selection.
Ahead of his live show tonight, we're happy (or perhaps frightened?) to share this new, Halloween-themed RFB mixtape from School of Night, the side-project of Darby Cicci of the Antlers, who has aptly put together a bunch of songs that verge on the downright freaky. When probed on his choices, School of Night himself had this to say:
"I tried to make a mix full of that harmonic minor tension we all love about scary music, mixed with a little bit of energy, since Halloween's so weird and exciting, and all that mixed with some horror soundtracks - John Carpenter and Dario Argento (Goblin actually). Should make for a interesting Halloween party mix between repeated plays of Thriller."
Stream the mix below and watch Cicci at the Shacklewell Arms tonight.
