The limited run of ‘early bird’ £25 tickets comes to an end on 31st July. General priced tickets go on-sale thereafter.
Only a few weeks away until it’s inaugural event, Visions can now reveal that the final act to make up the 23-strong line up will be the London based duo Public Service Broadcasting. Public Service Broadcasting is the pseudonymous musical duo consisting of J. Willgoose, Esq. and drumming collaborater Wrigglesworth.
Using a combination of live instrumentation, electronics and samples from old public information films and archive footage, PBS will perform one of their spell-binding audio-visual transmissions in a special early set as one of the opening acts of the festival.
Visions Festival, in association with Nudie Jeans, Loud and Quiet and Sailor Jerry spiced rum, is the brainchild of three independent London promoters – Rock Feedback, Bird on the Wire and Sexbeat. Away from the festival fields, the shows take place in a trio of East London venues - Netil House, Oval Space and London Fields Brewhouse. Public Service Broadcasting join the likes of !!! / Fucked Up / Jeffrey Lewis / Cloud Nothings / Koreless / Iceage for this exciting day long event.
