Willis Earl Beal shares 8-track EP as an apology for his upcoming European tour being cancelled.

After recently having to cancel a string of European dates - including a RFB Concerts show at Village Underground - XL Recordings' outsider artist Willis Earl Beal has penned a personal apology to his fans as well as sharing an EP of previously unheard material titled 'A Place That Doesn't Exist'.

Beal's note confesses that cancelling the tour "was not [his] decision" and states that we "aint seen or heard the last of Willis Earl Beal."
