The Bluetones - 'Never Going Nowhere' (Superior Quality)

'Resilient' hardly does justice to The Bluetones. Written off time and time again by the fickle, superficial media as 'unimaginative' and 'retro', Hounslow's most tuneful just ignore the (unfair) criticisms and continue making great indie-pop single after great indie-pop single.
And 'Never Going Nowhere' continues the tradition: another infectious, classy guitar record, albeit somewhat more subdued than recent efforts, with Mark Morris lamenting sadly, 'I don't love you anymore.' Well, in spite of unfounded, outside cynicism, we still do Marko.
