Nigh-on summer-pop perfection from the Irish John Squire look-a-like, as he lifts the third track from first album, 'Ten Of Swords'.
Luscious, blissful and heavily indebted to the 60s, 'Swansong' is an achingly gorgeous, sparkling little tune. Just lovely. More of the such, too, that could lead Carroll to provide a serious rival to the ever-booming, earnest male singer/songwriter market - refer to: Tom McRae, Rufus Wainwright, Ron Sexsmith et al.
