Twelve years on, and - seemingly - still going strong. With 2002 being hailed as the year British guitar music returns with a vengeance, The Charlatans are showing the young pretenders how it should be done.
One of the stand-out tracks from last year's much-lauded 'Wonderland' LP, this Internet-only single may not be dripping with quite as much funky sexiness as 'Love is The Key', but is no less irresistible. Indeed, such is the quality that even the most ungainly dance-floor movers will have problems restraining the urge to strut their stuff to Tim Burgess' plea to 'Keep comin' back, for a little more.'
So, to summarise in one word? Magic.
