'Jus A Rascal' is an infectious, buff piece of arrogant, snotty garage-pop, as hook-laden as it is vicious in its spitting verbal-assault, the 'Rascal pulling out all the stops and spewing rhymes that, by the second minute, simply become so enraged and passionate they border on incomprehensible. Estimable, in every sense.
