If you thought that Doves were going to stop barraging the charts after the unbeatable, epic-pop likes of 'Pounding' and 'There Goes The Fear', then prepare yourself for 'Caught By The River'.
With enough aloof guitars and jangling keyboards for the contents of your skull to swill around in a delirious, stoned-free fantasy, only Goodwin's charming and instantly warming vocals can fit so sublimely to bellow, 'Would you give it all away,' with all the ease and heartfelt sincerity that allowed their current 'Last Broadcast' LP to win us all over on first listen.
There's still very much more in the cannon from Manchester's finest three-piece, but with this only available for a day, for a cosier and more enjoyable life, you know what to do.
