A pummelling slab of raucous, riotous squeals and terrifying time-changes, 'Cosmopolitan Bloodloss' could well see US feedback-brandishers Glassjaw hitting the relative big-time.
Oh yes, there's even the anticipated over-production in parts, the ear-grinding verses and the killer-radio chorus; and, really, the formula seldom rubs off so effective.
A package so tightly presented and impeccably dressed then, the 'Jaw may have one instance proved an outside-shot at winning hearts amidst the rock super-league, but, for now it seems, their time has come; expect Brixton Academy to be filled by summer-'03 with thousands of their screaming admirers.
