Everyone's favourite bearded Californian dreamers return with a taster from imminent album 'Sumday'. Happily, 'Now It's On' is just typical Grandaddy. That'll mean another sublime piece of faraway, Neil Young-esque Americana.
At once very sad and very beautiful, Jason Lyttle sounds as heartbreaking as ever with his admission that it 'seems that I'm ceasing to be.' Let there be no doubt, Grandaddy are a genuine musical treasure.
