From swathes of textured guitar to pre-programmed, thump-heavy rhythms and heavily layered bass-lines, 'Get Up & Move' is a fitting title to a track whose original, frantic edit is only outshined by its following Mr Shabz Dark Side Remix - complete with a guest MC-stint from Mis-teeq's unfeasibly deep-voiced Alesha.
