It's easy to forget just how long it was since a northern(-based), British indie start-up raced into public-consciousness with a stream of easy-going, entirely adorable, inoffensive schmind.
But, here we go again; Haven are back following a respectably-selling debut-LP of last year - the Marr-produced 'Between The Senses - with a tumultuous slab of anthemic, rousing rocky-pop, given the airplay-airbrush via a sweeping vocal-delivery from the ever-gifted Gary Briggs. A welcome, valid return, for once.
