'I'm on my way, can't settle down...'
... So screeches frontman of The Hives, Screamin' Pelle, who returns with his four bandmates, demonstrating yet more infectious garage punk-rock pop-splendour with their second commercial release from the Poptones UK compilation LP, 'Your New Favourite Band'.
This track, the follow-up to their definitive anthem, 'Hate To Say I Told You So', maintains the pace and wildly repetitive song-structure once again, perhaps adding an extra hint of heavy trashiness in order to enhance its appeal amongst the 'cool' members of society.
The opening lyrics, as specified above, may not mean much as they hit your ears on an immediate listen, yet, on close analysis, they're a fair and close representation of the ongoing saga of The Hives in their pursuit of achieving their impending goal - world-domination.
