Rockfeedback faves Kinesis are proving themselves to be as mightily necessary and informed as we'd hoped for them to be, following an original meeting with the guys in their local and modest rehearsal-room in the north of the UK.
And, after the turgid brilliance of their epic debut-single '... And They Obey', the Bolton quartet now proclaim that 'Everything Destroys Itself', Mike Bromley's shouty vocals burning amidst a plethora of calamity-stricken, cranked-up guitars and domineering drums, the latter closing the track furiously just over the two-minute mark. Even possessive of yet more lyrics worthy of consideration, it's reassuring to know that something which rocks so hard can still have meaning.
With yet more to proclaim and further tunes to set our ears on fire, the best thing about Kinesis' output is that it's all going to get even better than this in good time.
