Acoustic-electro pioneers of the 21st Century, Lemon Jelly's second likely entrance into the UK's singles best-sellers list takes the intimacy and merriness of their former 'Space Walk' and adds to it the most shamelessly gimmick-based sample this side of that rubbishy N-Trance 'Stayin' Alive' from nigh-on eight years ago (don't remember the latter? Lucky you...).
But, whereas N-Trance produce a far more intricately evil affair, the 'J are the soothing, amusing and easy-listening equivalent, bridging the gap exclusively between warehouse party-rockers and headphone noodling. Aptly tame, trumpet-blaringly grandiose, carefully sculpted - never before have more contradictions lurked within the same listening-space, nor fused quite so triumphantly.
