The Mad Capsule Markets - 'All The Time In Sunny Beach' (Palm Pictures)
4/5
By: Toby L

One of the rare metal-acts out there able to incorporate both immediate melodies with churning riffage of intergalactically heavy proportions, whilst slipping in some techno along the way, Japan's Mad Capsules Markets are once again back amongst us with their finest single-release to date.
Comprising three live-favourites with more passion than's necessary to get even your grandma moving, proceedings kick off with the towering, full-on, bass-heavy assault of 'All The Time In Sunny Beach', before subsiding into the radio-friendly likes of 'Good Girl' and feel-good, slow-then-really-bloody-mental thrash of 'Island', in all forming a three-track single of enough innovative rock-tinkering and genre-bending to inspire a legion of inferior copycats.
Only bettered in a concert-setting itself, such tunes will help redefine the parameters of your record-collection - though only if you're daring enough to let them.
