Mull Historical Society - 'The Final Arrears' (Blanco Y Negro)
3/5
By: Toby L

Chiming, chirpy keyboards, angelic harmonies and more melodious than perhaps legal. Ah, that'll be Mull HS, then.
Presumably working on the premise that 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it', Colin MacIntyre's latest dose of infectious, alt. radio-pop is just as alluringly irresistable as before - tuneful and endearing, yet never to the commonly-reached point of irritation.
The first taster of material for upcoming, second album 'Us', our man Colin may well be playing it safe - but such a cowardice move still makes for delightfully worthy listening.
