God-fearing rockers (surely an oxymoron in practice..?) P.O.D. return with their latest single 'Sleeping Awake', surfing the campaign-trail to oblivion that can only result in the hype surrounding a certain sequel to some film about pills and delusion.
Raging guitars, thick layers of metal-y production and noisy verse-parts and a searing chorus suggest the 'D are still keeping it simple amidst this new burst of material, but it's all inoffensively, mildly predictable... After all, nu-metal was so two summers ago, kids...
