Upon first appraisal, feisty Brit/NZ-glam chaps Serafin sound a bit like a whole bunch of hard-edged but hook-heavy guitar bands.
Yet, still, there's enough intense energy and sneering confidence in this collision of early-Idlewild and Placebo to keep us entertained, topped off with a ringing sneer of franticness that even the former pair were slightly reticent to fully indulge within first time around. Exciting things beckon, you hope, for the quartet. Watch (them fill) this space.
