Ironically, in what could have been the Gorillaz' best single to date - this collaboration with current en vogue rappers collective, D12 - '911' is a simply riveting piece of music that you'll only get to hear on the web, and not be able to purchase. 
Laced with deep bass thumps, tinny piano and Terry Hall's - ex of The Specials - Indian wails, the track, despite political views on the current global issues, prevents itself from sounding either too cliche or simply false in its sentiment. Instead, the intertwined MC-ing of various members within D12 and thought-provoking words provide another spin to an area of world affairs that's possibly too controversial to release in the shops.Still, make sure you get a chance to have a listen to a song that certainly doesn't deserve to be confined to the inner-vaults of cyberspace; exclusive downloads rarely get this good.
