Delays - 'Long Time Coming' (Rough Trade)

Ah, the Delays. We'll admit that there have been allegations of shmindieness levelled at this band on certain occasions in the past.
However, a couple of listens of this - a jubilant blast of Polyphonic Spree-style euphoria meets the blissful simplicity of the Stone Roses' 'Waterfall' - and it'd be churlish not to re-consider. 'Long Time Coming' holds its own admirably. Well played, fellas.
