Whether getting their faces rearranged by ex-producer friend Jack White, or being romantically linked with certain Datsuns, The Von Bondies are a band who've courted the controversial realms of the tabloid rather than the charts.
'C'mon C'mon' however, could be the single to change all this. At just two minutes fourteen seconds, it is a pure rock 'n' roll quickie, but it sure packs a punch (unfortunately, this is something that singer Jason Stollsteimer knows all about). Enticingly catchy and abruptly alluring, this song hits all the right notes and is perfect for the jukebox and the drunken sing-along of young and old down t'pub.
Raw, dynamic, and electrifying - 'C'mon C'mon', they'll sing in throng, it didn't sound this good 'when we were young.'
