Where could Britpop go? The main issue for the tradsters that created the most 'vibrant' British music since the Beatles. One typically 90's Becks-sponsored comedy stated that the scene was outdated; 'Where's your beats? Where's your samples and keyboards,' the female equivalent of Fatboy Slim asked a bunch of Dadrockers. Well Kasabian say, 'here they are.'
And if the cutting-edge of music means dressing up three chords with a sample mustered way back by The Prodigy, and bunging it in a stencilled cover, things are getting troublesome. Oasis produced by the Fearless brothers will sound like this. Still feel the need to investigate? Alas, no - not yet. Please, fellas; let's push things forward.
