In the follow-up to the simply HUAGE punk-dancefloor jam that was 'Drain The Blood', 'The Hunger' is the growly, phlegmy number that Courtney wished any track on 'American Sweetheart' could've been.
Not what we were expecting, but that's Brody Dalle for you. A thrashy, yet acoustically driven, sensitive love-ballad this time. There's even vaguely bluesy, outback-Aires rock, type musings there, somewhere. Yep - yet more inevitable proof that Kelly Osbourne blabbers utter shit.
