In the same bundle as fellow Scot eccentrics The Beta Band's triumphant return, comes yet more off-kilter pop fun from DDIHC.
Fragmentary in the extreme, 'Godhopping' supplies a touch of Gorky's' Zygotic Mynci's 'Poodle Rockin' - cunningly enhancing that mildly suspect canine connection - and adds a pinch of The Strangler's 'Golden Brown', along with the chorus of Talking Head's 'Once In A Lifetime' (well, if put through an 80s bass-slappin' funk theme). Maaad, quite frankly.
