Funny old thing, hip-hop, mmm? One could validly argue that 'This Way' is an insistent, harrowing exploration of 21st century existentialist angst and the futility of celebrity.
On the other hand, Dilated Peoples adhere to genre protocol by reeling off lists of 'ladeez' and enquire of their audience whether or not 'it's better getting laid or getting paid.' It's these incongruities that make it what it is, you suppose.
