Lifted from a rockfeedback album of the year, 'Misery Is A Butterfly', it's little surprise that we're about heap yet more praise on the enigmatically charged flame of Blonde Redhead.
For 'Equus' is yet more evidence of the outfit's chillingly epic, yelping and intricate fare, where we get an infectious chorus merging with Mercury Rev guitars and keyboard grandeur that leaves an unsurprisingly marked swelling in the part of your chest which bears the heart. You'll seldom hear anything as captivatingly devastating.
