Screechy, nasty riffs, and a San Fran accent that has seemingly dispersed from the middle of nowhere; lest we forget, this band is of Glaswegian origin. Hmm.
Desperately galloping after huge, sweeping stateside acts, aka A Perfect Circle, Lenny Kravitz etc., Hiding Place's murky, sheen-y riffage is still sadly miles behind in picking up such pace.
However, some heavy rock-credo has been lent to the band with the addition of their new drummer Jason Bowld, of former Pitchshifter fame. Oh, and they're currently supporting InMe on tour. Yeah, guess enough said.
