Speed-metalling their way here from the Orange Country, Foolproof's debut single is an infectious mix of emotive aggression, vocal gymnastics and intricate fret-fiddlery that aims at urgency, melody and explosiveness.
Comparable with Finch, Foo Fighters and newcomers such as Days In December and Aisle Seven, Foolproof stand out by bringing in elements of electronica and folk to create a sound decidedly their own. This is an inescapable call to skate, headbang and for young girls of Team Avril to go about kicking each other's boxes.
