Perhaps it's asking a little too much, but from a clash of this calibre, you'd anticipate something a little magical, or at the very least, some goose-pimply electrified mania by a generation's favourites' musical jousting - for VR is the shameless progeny of sanctified heroes numbering The Cult, the Stone Temple Pilots and Guns N' Roses.
But, nah. From the first bars it becomes clear that Scott, Slash, Ian and the rest have come together to do what they do best. Gloriously grunty, proficient, unashamedly macho, cock-rock. If that's what turns you on, you'll definitely get off. Otherwise, you may well need the flesh-endowed plush-fest promo-video to do the rest.
